Configure the Web Teams Gadget

Web Teams Gadgets | Google Gadget

The Web Teams Google Gadget allows you to have content from your Web Teams site fed straight into your Google homepage or website. Select the button below to configure this.

Instructions on how to configure your gadget are below.

 

 

1. Configuring your Web Teams Gadget

To set up the Gadget to point to your Web Teams site you must enter your team's folder name into the text box as shown to the right.

To add your Gadget to your Google homepage - simply click the "+ Google" image and follow the instructions.

To add your Gadget to your another webpage you may have access to (such as a website for your league or a myspace page) click the "Get the code" button and follow the instructions.

 

 

2. Your folder name is displayed in your site's URL

Your team's foldername can bee seen in your webbrowsers address bar.

The screenshot to the right shows this. In the example shown the foldername is northshields.

The text "team=" should preceed your foldername in the address bar.

 

 

 

3. Your gadget is complete

Your Web Teams Gadget should now be set up correctly.

The most recent news items and match reports are displayed within the Gadget.

You can click on your team name to go to the homepage. You can click on the Web Teams text at the top to go to the Web Teams homepage.

Should you be interested in more than one team, you can have as many Web Teams Gadgets as you wish on your Google homepage.
